New Hanover County in coordination with Trillium, LINC and RHA Health Services is soliciting

qualification submittals from a highly qualified architect to provide complete design services for the

renovation of 1650 Robin Hood Road facility for the purpose of establishing a medical detox and crisis

stabilization facility. The County has been without such a facility since The Harbor closed in 2021.

The deadline for receipt of Statements of Qualifications is 3:00 P.M. EST, Friday, April 12, 2023.

Submitted Statements of Qualifications are not subject to public inspection until a contract is

awarded and executed. Statements of Qualifications will be evaluated, and firms may be contacted

for interviews which may be conducted by phone or in person.

New Hanover County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and

to make the award which will be most advantageous to the County.
