NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. – Cape Fear Museum of History and Science presents Museum After Dark, a memorable summer museum experience engaging visitors to share and connect over a common interest – food. Taste, experiment and learn at this interactive event where food meets culture on Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 7 to 10 p.m. Some of the event stations and activities for the evening include:
Museum After Dark is an 18 and over event sponsored by Cape Fear Museum Associates. Food and adult beverages will be available for purchase and include Port City Que, A&M’s Red Food Truck and Bombers Bev Co.
Advance tickets are now available for Museum After Dark, $6 for members and $8 for non-members. Tickets may be purchased at the Museum admission desk or http://bit.ly/MAD071918. Tickets may also be purchased at the door on Thursday, July 19, $8 for members and $10 for non-members.
Cape Fear Museum of History and Science, 814 Market Street, is open Monday-Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with extended summer hours on Thursdays until 7 p.m. through Labor Day; Sunday 1 to 5 p.m. General admission is $8 for adults; $7 for seniors, students and military with valid ID; $5 for children 6-17; and free for children 5 and under and for museum members.
